Will the jewellery turn my skin green?

No. We use high-quality materials designed to be durable and skin-friendly. The "green finger" effect is typically caused by cheap copper or nickel reactions. Our pieces are crafted to ensure they look beautiful and feel comfortable on your skin.

Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes! We know how sensitive skin can be. Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and lead/nickel-free, making it safe for daily wear, even for those with sensitive skin.

Does it come with a Warranty?

Absolutely. We stand behind our quality with a 1-Year Warranty against any manufacturing defects. If a clasp breaks or a stone comes loose due to workmanship, we’ll replace it for free. (Note: This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage).

Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?

To keep the shine lasting for years, we recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming in chlorinated pools, or applying perfumes/lotions. While our quality is high, chemicals can dull the sparkle over time.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping throughout the United Kingdom. Because each piece is inspected and polished before dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days. We promise it's worth the short wait!

Where is my order coming from?

We operate a Direct-to-Consumer model. Your jewellery ships directly from our specialized artisan workshops. This cuts out the middleman (and the retail markup), allowing us to offer premium quality at a fair price.

Will I be charged extra taxes?

United Kingdom: All orders are shipped with taxes and VAT handled by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—there are no surprise fees or duties upon delivery.

What if I don't love it?

We want you to love your new piece! In addition to your UK statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window. Just make sure the item is unworn and has its original tags. For full details on the process, please view our Refund Policy.

Can I return Earrings?

For hygiene safety, earrings and body jewellery are final sale (unless they arrive damaged). This ensures every customer gets a brand new, safe pair.

Does it come in a gift box?

Yes! Every order arrives in our signature Versenne packaging, ready to be gifted to someone special (or to yourself!).
